- Options as order attributes
Enter options as attributes of the order position; they are passed to the work order and determine the right item variant.
- One work order, operations by department
The vehicle has one work order with operations by department, and material is issued to the work order according to the BOM.
- Versions for model years
Each model year gets its own BOM version, and you move work orders not yet started to it with a mass update.
- Inspection at the workstation
Fill in inspection forms, such as tightening torques, electrics or a test drive, on the operation before you finish it.
- Vehicle serial number
The serial number links the vehicle to its work order and order, so you know what was installed in which vehicle.
- Plan by priorities
Sort orders into priorities by days and months and lock them, so the assembly plan does not shift.
